Various payment methods to facilitate your purchase.

Whether through the website www.fixfone.pt or at our physical store in Infantado, Loures, you can choose from various payment methods, so you can pay in the way that suits you best. Pay with total security and confidence.

1. Multibanco Reference

The most popular and convenient payment method in Portugal.

  • Upon completing your order, you will receive by email an entity, a reference, and the order value, which you can pay at any ATM or through your Homebanking;
  • Select the option "Payment of Purchases/Services" at the Multibanco machine or in Homebanking;
  • Enter the Entity, Reference, and exact Amount indicated in the confirmation email;
  • Orders with Multibanco Reference payment are automatically cancelled if not paid within 48 hours;
  • Multibanco Reference payments do not require sending proof of payment — the system automatically detects the payment;
  • Service processed by ifthenpay, a payment entity duly authorised by the Bank of Portugal.

2. MB WAY

Pay for your order quickly and securely directly from your smartphone.

  • With MB WAY, you can pay using your mobile phone number associated with this service;
  • After selecting MB WAY, enter the mobile phone number registered with MB WAY;
  • You will receive a notification in the MB WAY application to authorise the payment;
  • Confirm the payment by entering your security PIN in the application;
  • Payment is confirmed instantly;
  • Orders with MB WAY payment are automatically cancelled if not authorised within 5 minutes;
  • MB WAY payments do not require sending proof of payment.

3. Credit / Debit Card (VISA and Mastercard)

A safe and fast way to make your online payment.

  • We accept payments with VISA and Mastercard cards;
  • All authorisation requests require the security code (CVV2/CVC2) — the 3 digits on the back of the card;
  • Your card will be debited upon order confirmation;
  • The secure payment page is provided by the Shopify platform, which complies with the strictest PCI DSS security standards;
  • All transactions are encrypted and protected by a 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol.

4. PayPal

Secure online payment without sharing your card details.

  • PayPal allows you to make payments without sharing your financial details with the merchant;
  • When selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal page for authentication and payment confirmation;
  • After confirmation, you will be automatically redirected back to the Fixfone store with order confirmation;

Payment Security

Fixfone uses the Shopify platform to process all online payments, complying with PCI DSS level 1 standards — the highest level of security in card payment processing.

All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, ensuring that your financial data is transmitted in a completely secure manner.

Fixfone never stores credit or debit card data on its servers.

Important Notes

  • Order processing only begins after payment confirmation;
  • All prices indicated on the Website include VAT at the current legal rate;
  • In case of a refund, it will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
